At Mountain High Coffee, we supply all natural quality products while maintaining a long-term value proposition. Our team also offers a high level of personalized service to each of our clients.

Work With Us

Our direct supply setup makes us one of the most competitive businesses in the marketplace. With us, you will have a partner who has a win-win approach and a long-term attitude.

We believe that the key to a successful supply chain is maintaining personalized customer relationships and understanding your ongoing needs through regular contacts and visits. These enable us to improve what we are doing without lowering the quality of our products and services.

Our staff lives by our corporate philosophy, which is combining premium quality with less than premium prices. To ensure the quality of the products we offer, we:

  • Select our green coffee beans through a screening process that enables us to select beans of the same size.
  • Make sure our beans contain no more than 12.5% moisture.
  • Hand sort all the beans from all batches to ensure that no foreign materials and fermented, defective, and black beans are mixed with the batch being prepared for roasting.
  • Sample test each day's roast (cupping) to ensure the consistency of the daily production.
  • Use a state-of-the-art, on-site laboratory for conducting ongoing testing of our products at all stages.

Additionally, our production units are HACCP-certified. This means that the items we offer are safe.

We have a marketing team to help you with the following:

  • Analysis of your company's needs and identification of the quality of items needed with a subsequent provision of our products.
  • Development of a custom blend if and
    as appropriate.
  • Recommendations relating to the distribution and logistics-related considerations, including plans for backup and/or ongoing supplies from our distribution centers.
  • Coordination of all ordering and supply activities.
  • After-sales follow-up to monitor the ongoing requirements of quality and supply.
